Winter Training

Well winter workouts started last week. I hope the team will take these workouts seriously. I think these workouts will help us improve even more and we will be strong going into the spring season. We should already be in shape by the end of the winter so we don't have to start all over in the spring. Everyone should be able to increase strength and speed before spring. Really looking forward to our spring season trip this year.
