Doing all this fundraising is starting to make me excited for spring. Spring training will be fun this year since we are going to myrtle beach again. Last year was a blast but I have a feeling that this year is going to be even better. It will be better because we are going to be good as a softball team and we all get along. I love this team. This is going to be a good spring trip and season.
One of our team fundraisers is next week. We will be raffling off baskets of goodies. Everyone on the team were split into a couple groups and each group had to make a basket based off a topic. For example one group got princess. That was my group. I am curious to see what the other groups baskets look like. Hopefully we can get people to buy our baskets!
Well there is a team dinner tomorrow night.It should be fun.Hopefully there will be some good food there!This will be our second team dinner and lets hope it is as fun as the first one.Well I am excited and looking forward to hanging out with the team.
Well it is time to start fundraising for softball. We are planning on going to myrtle beach in the spring. It costs quite a bit of money but hopefully all of the fundraising we do will help. We actually have some pretty cool ideas for fundraising this year. Some of the cool ideas that we have are things like breakfast with Santa and raffles or kids night out. I think we will make some good money off those things so hopefully we can all raise enough money so that we don't have to spend our own money!
Workouts this winter are tough. You can definitely tell that these workouts are something that we need to do. Everyone is so out of shape right now so hopefully these workouts help. We are all sore! Well I guess it is a good thing to get all the soreness out now rather than waiting till the beginning of the spring season.
Well winter workouts started last week. I hope the team will take these workouts seriously. I think these workouts will help us improve even more and we will be strong going into the spring season. We should already be in shape by the end of the winter so we don't have to start all over in the spring. Everyone should be able to increase strength and speed before spring. Really looking forward to our spring season trip this year.
